"Everything's awesome!!"
Everything's awesome! I had some doubts about buying a pricey camera from overseas. However, the deal was solid, and the package arrived in roughly 8 days, just like I wanted. Totally recommend it!

"SONY ALPHA 7 M4 Review"
I purchased a SONY ALPHA 7 M4 back in December for a great deal. It arrived super fast, within a week. Sadly, it turned out to be NTSC only, and since I’m in France, I needed a PAL version. I reached out to the seller, who was really professional and responsive. He sorted it out, and after I sent back the SONY ALPHA 7 M4, he promptly sent me the right one. The resolution was quick and efficient. They’re definitely pros and reliable folks. Just make sure to double-check your order details!

"My Experience with Onestop-Digital's Online Shopping"
Jess from customer support was super helpful, always reaching out to keep me in the loop about my delivery and checking if I had any questions.

I mentioned I was heading off on vacation a week after I bought the product, and they made an effort to get it to me before I left for Europe.

Unfortunately, I missed the delivery date. But just two days before my trip, she reached out to help me coordinate with FedEx for a new delivery date.

I got in touch with FedEx, and eventually, I received the Sony FX30 I had ordered a few days earlier.

I can't thank Jess and the rest of the customer service crew enough for their support with my order.

I’d totally recommend Onestop-Digital for any gear you need.

"Fastest and Easiest Delivery Ever!"
I’ve never had a delivery go so quickly and smoothly in my life. To top it off, I found the best deal on this product. However, I did get an extra invoice from FedEx asking for more tax and VAT. Thankfully, my supplier, Onestop Digital, promised a total net price, and they refunded the extra charges super fast and without any hassle since I had all the paperwork sorted out for the carrier's error.

"Nervous about the purchase, but happy in the end."
I was super anxious about dropping cash on an expensive lens due to a bunch of bad reviews I came across, which I always check out first. So, I shot them an email to find out if their customer service was actually helpful. Turns out, it is! They replied to all my queries pretty quickly and kept answering any details I needed. The lens got to me really fast thanks to FedEx. If you want to be truly happy and stress-free, go for the fast shipping option. It’ll get to you quicker than from your local shop. Just to clarify, I haven't tried the lens yet, but everything seems good so far.

"Refund Issues with Package Invoices"
I purchased two items on August 23rd: a Nikon Z50 along with two kit lenses, and on September 4th, a Kenko 1.4x Converter. The delivery was pretty quick, arriving within a week, and I was happy with both the products and the shipping. However, two months later, on November 17th, I received two invoices from FedEx (€9.41 and €9.20) for both packages, even though I had already settled those fees back in January. I emailed both invoices but haven’t heard back from Onestop Digital, and my inquiries through my account have gone unanswered too. Now, I’m feeling let down by their service and I’m hesitant to make any more purchases from Onestop Digital. If they want me to shop with them again, they really need to sort out these invoice issues and respond to my emails.

I was a bit skeptical about trying Onestop digital, but I really shouldn't have been. Their service was top-notch. The speed of their responses to my questions was quite remarkable, and the clarity of the answers was just as impressive. After I got my product, I received a VAT/Tax invoice from FedEx for €10. Just as Onestop promised, that amount was refunded right away and showed up in my account within three days. The product itself was fantastic, well-packaged, and delivered without a hitch. I won't think twice about using their services again next time.

The delivery took some time, but that was just due to the Christmas holidays. I truly value how they respond to emails in under a day. The product (Sony A7M4) showed up in perfect condition. Totally trustworthy! When I went to collect my package, they charged me customs fees but refunded me completely. I’ve got nothing but praise for their top-notch service and unbeatable prices.

"Quick shipping and VAT refund received"
I ordered to the Netherlands, and the delivery was quicker than I thought. Do they have a warehouse in the UK? I got a VAT invoice four months post-purchase! (Classic FedEx), but luckily, the refund process was super simple, and I got my money back in under 12 hours. Cheers! I’ll surely be buying again soon.

"Nikon Z9 with FTZ Adapter Review"
Just got my Nikon Z9 along with the FTZ adapter. Payment was smooth through PayPal. Delivery was quick too! I placed my order on December 26, 2022, and it showed up on January 3, 2023, thanks to FedEx. I opted for the express shipping, which cost a bit more, but it was worth it, especially with the holiday rush. What could be improved? It would’ve been great to have a tracking code right when the camera shipped. However, when I inquired about tracking, I received a response in under two hours. Due to the holiday season, things were a bit slower than usual. Just half an hour later, FedEx arrived with my camera and the adapter for my F-mount lenses.
